1. Who We Are

PWN-ALL Auditing, Reviewing & Testing Cyber Risks CO. L.L.C is a cybersecurity company registered at 145, Al Mustaqbal Street, Iris Bay Tower 2101-11, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. What These Terms Cover

These Terms govern only your access to and use of pwn-all.com, including its localized language versions, marketing pages, blog, public website APIs, and free browser-based tools (together, the "Website").

3. What These Terms Do Not Cover

These Terms do not govern professional engagements or standalone PWN-ALL products:

• Professional engagements. A professional engagement (such as penetration testing, incident response, consulting, or software development) is governed exclusively by its signed Statement of Work ("SOW") and any terms, privacy, or data-handling schedules incorporated into that SOW. Where an executed engagement document conflicts with these Terms, the engagement document prevails. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to perform security operations against any system, and no engagement arises without a fully executed written agreement.
• Standalone products. PWN-ALL products — including Dark Monitor, Bot & Abuse Detection, CheckURL, and DocGuard — are separate offerings provided through their own applications. Each product is governed by the terms of use and privacy notice published for that product; links are provided on each product's own pages.

These Terms do not amend, supersede, or modify any signed engagement document or any product agreement.

4. No Online Purchases

Nothing is sold through this Website. The Website contains no checkout, ordering, subscription, or payment facility. Website descriptions, prices, demos, and contact links are invitations to enquire; they do not by themselves create an engagement, order, subscription, licence, or obligation to provide services.

Fees, cancellation, and refund terms for professional engagements are set out in the applicable signed SOW. Pricing and billing for standalone products are governed by the terms published for that product.

5. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website;
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Website, its APIs, or the systems that serve it;
• Scrape, overload, or abuse the Website or its free tools in a manner that degrades the service for others;
• Use the Website in violation of applicable law, including cybersecurity and data protection laws.

We may restrict or block access to the Website if you breach these Terms.

6. Free Tools and Authorization

The Website offers free browser-based tools for security, privacy, and everyday tasks. The tools are provided for convenience, without charge and without any service commitment.

Authorization requirement. Tools that interact with, probe, or generate commands against networks, hosts, or systems (for example the Subdomain Checker or command generators) may be used only against systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. You are solely responsible for obtaining such authorization and for your use of any tool output.

Individual tool pages may state additional notices (for example, which third-party services a tool contacts); those notices supplement these Terms.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website links to third-party websites and services, and some free tools send requests directly from your browser to third-party APIs (as stated on the relevant tool page and in our Website Privacy Notice). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices, which are governed by their own terms and notices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, code, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of PWN-ALL or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use Website content without our prior written consent, except for viewing the Website as intended and fair quotation with attribution.

Website content does not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice, and using the Website does not create a client relationship. We do not warrant that the Website or its tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PWN-ALL is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, its content, or its free tools. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability arising under a professional engagement or a product agreement is addressed in that agreement, not in these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from publication and do not affect any signed engagement document or product agreement.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes arising from use of the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and PWN-ALL regarding use of the Website only; they do not affect any other agreement between you and PWN-ALL.
